Great tutorial! Easy to follow and understand with a good pace. I just got my CS5 and there was only one hick-up… when I went to erase a portion of the item with the one out of the 3 items locked (the stem locked), for some reason it made a whole bunch of new items under that layer. Can you possibly explain why that happened? I had to revert to my last save to get just the three original items to show up again. THANK YOU for this wonderful tutorial!!!

Love it. What about using a Wacom Tablet and having the brush size set to Pressure? CS5 smooths out the stroke also. Thanks for the inspiration.
